If the password is input incorrectly 5 times the login account will be automatically locked. The account will then automatically unlock after 30 min or alternatively it can be unlocked by calling the Marine365 support team.

The following password rules apply on Marine365:

• You will need to use at least 1 uppercase letter and number. e.g. passWord25
• The minimum password length is 8 characters
• Your password can not contain three consecutive letters of your first or last name
• The system will remember your last 5 passwords and will prevent you from reusing them
